As English speakers with very basic cooking skills, Serena, Valeria and Diego made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. Rosa and her assistant Seyna are beyond amazing and learning to prepare an authentic pasta meal in Rosa's home - away from the crowds and chaos in Venice exceeded expectations. We had so much fun and we learned so much. It was me and my husband and our 20 year old daughter and they all agree that this was one of our favorite nights in our Venice trip.”
